Paint.NET is an easier to use alternative to GIMP, and a freer alternative to Photoshop. I still prefer GIMP, but I play around in Paint.NET every now and then.

Here is some random thing I made:

It was made entirely in Paint.NET. No resources or bases. The "render" tab + BoltBait FTW.

Okay!

You'll need to download and install this, this, and this.

From there on, I just use render and put some effects on it. And I use separate layers, and then change layer blending mode (multiply, screen, etc.) and merge them. big_smile
