I have all 5 bionicle games for GBA. The easiest one to base something on would be matoran adventures, then quest for the toa.... Bionicle the game would be the hardest, maybe bionicle heros, what is this anyway?

And the Bionicle game you have is? Heroes, I suppose?
Something from top-down perspective like GBA Bionicle Heroes would work pretty well in Scratch. You'd be able to obtain various weapons, armor and masks with different powers, this being the RPG part of the game. I imagine something like this in Scratch 2.0 (cloud data, 'nuff said) would be great.

Matoran adventures would be really easy to copy. Matoran adventures is the only bionicle platform.
Also, maze of shadows is also a birds-eye-view game, very much like gba heroes. Gba heroes is the odd one out, as the other heroes versions (e.g. Pc) are over the shoulder games.
Quest for the toa (also known as just "Bionicle" and "Tales of the Tohunga") is also sort of birds eye view.
I have missed out bionicle the game because it is 3d and has probably the best graphics. You can't mean that.

I have said before, top down view could mean it's Bionicle (aka tales of the tohunga(aka quest for the toa)),
Maze of shadows, or heroes for gba.

Basicaaly, i'm fed up of waiting to hear what you have to say, out with it (freindly way) that wasn't supposed to rhyme.

Well that was pointless. Also, the only previously released bionicle rpgs are both top-down. Is yours? It'd be nice to have a change although top-down is good and clear for their' purpose in rpgs.

no they are NOT mine

Those are the only true rpgs, although
"Bionicle" is also known as "tales of the tohunga" and "quest for the toa".
Heroes is a shoot-em-up with a story,
Bionicle the game is an adventure, closeish to an rpg, and matoran adventures is a platformer nearing "basic" as its' description.

I have a really old bionicles game. I think it may be quest for the toa, but I'm not certain. I think it may have been from an isometric point of view, which is tricky but not impossible to recreate.
My point is - see if you can rip the sprites from the game. If someone else hasn't done it already, you could do it or ask someone on scratch to help you.

There have been 9 BZPRPG Fanon settings, each with 1-3 years of storyline. That could give a lot of material to make a game with. The settings were/are
-Mua-nui: mysterious island found by a group who got left on mata-nui during the exodus
-Metru-nui in turmoil
-Iun Magna: Alternate universe
-Terros nui in the southern islands
-Santun war: Mata-nui robot is hacked, and aliens enter, Multidimensional war.
-Locus-Abedo: a blank slate after the Santun war. On the planet Tabula Rasa
- Ansetr Durium: Floating city of the great beings
-Mata-nui: a "what if the toa mata died" scenerio
Do any of these look like good locations.

You forgot voya nui- the floating island which floated above an island who's name i have forgot, the place where the piraka fought for the mask of life.
Also- Bara Magna- the place the M.O.L. Went when makuta chased it out, it is a different planet.
I think in bionicle that there are three different planets that were once one and it's mata nui's (great spirit, not island) job to link them again.
