Can't upload my project!

Ive got full internet, account, saved file.... Everything! But all I keep getting is 'unknown error cannot upload.' Life can be so unfair.

Re: Can't upload my project!

Do you have a firewall or other security settings that are blocking the upload?  Many school sites do.

Re: Can't upload my project!

Try changing your password so it only contains alphanumeric characters, that is, only letters and numbers. I haven't tested this but that's my first guess...

Re: Can't upload my project!

Does anyone have suggestions for dealing with the error message, "failed: broken connection during upload", aside from retrying until you get in?  We have a set of projects I've tried to load on different days and they won't take, either from school or from home.  This morning, I can't get anything to post.

Are we loving the website too much?  Are certain hours better for trying?

Re: Can't upload my project!

Disable your firewall and make sure there is no proxy in between Scratch and the public web.
