Problem with signature
I have registered here on scratch in 2011/11 but when I want to create my signature I get this message:
"Signatures are not allowed for New Scratchers. Thanks for being patient and Scratch on!"
Why is that?
If you like shooter and adventure games: Space Adventures Underwater Adventures These are the two professional scratch games made by me, hope you enjoy them.

To answer both your questions,
You need to become a Scratcher in order to have a signature. This topic can help you get there.
The timezone thing is a glitch that's been around practically forever, there's no way to change it.

How many projects/posts? I have 100+ posts (I'm going to guess about 130-160), and 17 projects.

It's an automatic process, so there may be other requirements?

There's no exact figure you have to aim for, but just keep going the way you are now and I think you should get there soon.

Too bad because I just wanted to advertise my project in my description and then move on onto c++ programming, I don't really have time to be on forums lol.

Actually that all depends on what you post. If you post innaproprate things than it will take longer.
