which licence ?

I wonder who likes which contract & why.  Does it make a difference? Is it bundled somewhere in the .sb file?  My inclinations are for free code, but deep down have a delusional paranoia that some day I might write something that someone at a later date will tell me I can't use.  Pretty messed up, huh?
