I request for this to be closed. Because this was back from when Scratch 1.3 wasn't released, and the sample projects are already picked.

Re: Sample projects for the next Scratch release

You know what I just realised? "Scratch" is spelt wrong (as Scrach) in the title of this forum thread.

Re: Sample projects for the next Scratch release

I think there should be a math category. I didn't realize scratch could be used for math for a long time after I started scratching.

What do you mean by copyrighted pictures and sounds

Basically, a copyrighted sound would be like recording the music from a video game on your computer mic and using it as background music in your own.

Re: Sample projects for the next Scratch release

do you think you could include, like an engines part, where there is a whole load of diffrent things, such as:

How to make sprites speak using lists, and stuff like that? If i was starting again with 1.4 i would really apreciate things like that. For gaining them is harder to learn how to make them work.

Re: Sample projects for the next Scratch release

oy, I wish the list was shorter. But thats my wanting to be in the sample projects page again. ANYWAY, I have this: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/J0j2/617294

Obviously it wouldn't be right for the newest scratch relese, but if you gave me an early look, I'd do it for you and send it back. SOrry, its a pretty cruddy offer, but hey, someone told me I should do this.

Tamtymat's Colorful 5. Colorful 5
It's good art, has pen in it, and is simple. The project notes are rather unexplanatory, however, so possibly Colorful Game
