This is my official topic for pokemon distributions.
Pokemon are made in PokeGen, saved to a .pkm file, and uploaded to PokeGTS.us
All pokemon have an OT named "Pokemon" (This is a fake OT name that implies what it's giving- Pokemon) Click the link, set your DS's DNS to the DNS specified on the page and go to the GTS to receive your pokemon. These pokemon are traded, and therefore, require certain amounts of badges. Also, to be safe, make sure you have a full party (Fail, the first two letters of full glitched in to replace the first three of click... thankfully, I caught the mistake before I posted it)
Current Distributions:
PMD2 Lapras
Notes: This is an estimate of stats, I'd assume it to be powerful, in case someone tried to knock it out to force it to take to them to the Hidden land. The shininess is me just wanting to let you all have a shiny non-native pokemon. Game: Black and White

OK, tell me what I'm missing.
I set the DNS to that in the Internet Settings, I went to the GTS located at the Opelucid City pokemon center, left the GTS, and I got nothing new. I must be doing something wrong.

Make sure you set the DNS for the connection you're missing and you are on the distribution page. You'll only receive it if the tab is open to the page and the DNS is set for the connection you're using. Also, if you get it, you'll go to the computer in front and it'll show a pokeball dropping, then opening to show the pokemon. Also, HAVE A FULL PARTY, I didn't, and the lapras's stats (Including it's HP) were all 0. I had to heal it at a pokemon center, then battle a wild pokemon on route 1 (Because I got the Lapras in Accumula town) Check ALL your boxes! Also, a pokemon's sprite in boxes/parties/save menus don't change if it's shiny.
