I think I can do the frame just not the login - without using php. for the log in we could use a varible to store the usernames an passworks.

we could but all you would have to do is look at the source to figure them out...

Frames would be nice. The only potential problems? Back and bookmark.  Would the back button still work, and would bookmarks made to a different page work?
