Comments for profiles

Why can't people comment on profiles? And if they read this message can they make this happen?

when I receive [profile page v]
if <(liking scratcher's projects) = [yes]
 say [nice projects]
end
stop script

if there is no I in TEAM and there  is no U in TEAM then who's on the team?

Right now, this is planned for Scratch 2.0.
