Can somebody explain in a better way what to do with a .image file? Also, the download page on the Weebly site says "Blocker" and has no download links.

There is no better way to deal with a .image than downloading Squeak, because Squeak runs .images.

Explain in a better way.
squeak is the program that scratch was made in and the .image file is the coding for scratch.

download squeak and just click on the image file because when you download squeak your computer will recognise it as a squeak file and it will open stack.

I downloaded Squeak, opened the image file and it asked me to select the program to open the file. I chose Squeak and it opened but it said there was an error.

then move the IMAGE file in the scratch folder then open scratch it will ask for a image file. select stack.image and it opens stack if you wan't to use scratch select scratch.image.

For a start, I no longer have the Stack image file as I opened it in Squeak (like you said to) and it has merged into Squeak. Secondly, what does moving it into the Scratch folder have to do with downloading Squeak?

it's another way to run stack without squeak and download stack.image again and follow the steps that i gave you.

You know what! I am going to bump this. Even though we aren't working on the next version, I still want people to download this!
