Do you mean the text/pictures that appear at the end of all your posts? That's called a signature, but you can only get one once you have more than 50 posts. Once you do, go to your forum profile (in the blue bar underneath the words that say Scratch Forums) and go to Personality. You can advertise your projects from there, or just put anything you want.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
