I promise to abide by all rules to keep the scratch community safe. I have also read LS97's tips. http://www.wix.com/carracerapp/car-simulator/
This website DOES have downloadable content, however I can assure you it is not harmful in ANY way at all. (If you bought Norton Antivirus, YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. It doesn't work, and unbelievably, IT IS A VIRUS IN ITSELF. Get avast! Free Antivirus.) The downloadable content is a 3-D game for Microsoft Windows. As I said before, It cannot be rendered harmful in any way whatsoever, unless downloaded from a torrent or "warez" site. ONLY DOWNLOAD FROM THIS SITE! Important: IF YOU PAID FOR THIS SOFTWARE, REQUEST A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU DISCOVERED A VIRUS IN IT, USE avast! FREE ANTIVIRUS TO GET RID OF IT.

Would this site be alright?
I've read LS97's guide and verified that my site has no inappropriate content whatsoever, and I shall ensure that it contains only material that is appropriate for all ages and follows the Scratch community guidelines.
Thank you.

Can I get my Comic Website approved?
I promise my comics will contain only appropriate material and I have read LS97's guide.

I have a question (well, a few actually) -- is the site allowed to have my email address on it (pretty much everyone who's registered on my forums knows my email address anyway)? Is the site allowed to ask for other peoples' emails? What about if it's optional and they're not obliged to give their email address? (All this is so know whether to put a contact form on my site, by the way).
By the way, my site's here, I'd like to register it please. I promise it has no inappropriate material and I'll do my best to keep it safe and stuff (if the contact form's a problem I can remove it, I only made it cuz I needed something to program ).

The site is 100% appropriate for all ages, has no forums or comments for user input (no spammers) and no advertisements. Therefore, banning of IPs is not necessary. I've read LS97's guide.

I posted this awhile back, but wanted to bring it to your attention.
Sorry, must have missed it! At first glance, it looks like you don't have any security issues, since there doesn't appear to be any way for visitors to add stuff to it (comments, forum posts). Unless the wiki provides a way? I tried to check out the wiki but it was not responsive.
The wiki is up, but you can't edit it unless you have an account. I have to review all people before they can get an account.
I have read the guide and will keep my site Scratch appropriate.
Please add both http://wiki.swirlworld.us.to/ and http://swirlworld.us.to/ to the list.
