I think that the color scheme should be similar to Scratch's (orange, white, blue). This doesn't mean I think the design should be identical to Scratch (ie. not the mockup on page 3), it should have it's own design.

Not sure. I have set up several websites myself. I'd just need a web host. 000webhost is great, other then the fact that it takes weeks just for them to verify your site.

Agreed. Maybe start out with scratchers only, and when we pick up a bit, we can move on to all users.
