I have Adobe Flash and I know how to use it and export it as a gif.
What is the max. size the file can be?
Also, what are the dimensions of the icons on Scratch?

My image is 8KB.
I think the width is resized to 100px, and personally my image's height is 73 (but it changes).
You don't have to upload it... just use the 'change picture' in my stuff.

Probably smaller in dimensions, not file size. It'll just get rejected if it's too large byteways.
