Well, the anatomy is pretty funky, no offense. The face looks squished, and the body looks like a lima bean - plus, the legs are too small.

Still, though, I've seen waaay worse first tries of drawing ponies! So don't give up, and try to study the anatomy of the real MLP:FiM ponies - trace the lines, and try to break the anatomy up into pieces and shapes.

son, if youre going to get into anatomies, id suggest you compare a real pony to an mlp one and see that they are very different

The best way to read My Little Pony fanfiction (including the olds about the old one) that's set in the real world (like with people) is to imagine all the ponies as actual ponies. Especially Rainbow Dash. This can make even the darkest fanfiction into a comedy when you imagine a cyan Shetland with a rainbow mane sitting in chairs.

No, that's literally just Rainbow Dash going to college. I guess there might be some PG-13 content, I don't really remember (there's some drinking, I think). It's not creepy at all.

But . . . they're fictional horses.

I couldn't feel for them unless an actual pony was being hurt.
