I found a neat glitch that allows you to change the frame for Scratch Projects. It ONLY works when you are using the Flash Player online.
Step 1: Get to an online project
Step 2: Switch to Flash Player
Step 3: Enter true full screen mode* by shift-clicking the full screen button.
Step 4: Press Escape, but DO NOT click the exit full screen button.
Step 5: Enjoy the black frame on a smaller player.
Or you could do the following:
Step 1: Get to an online project
Step 2: Switch to Flash Player
Step 3: Enter true full screen mode* by shift-clicking the full screen button.
Step 4: Click the exit full screen button, but DO NOT press escape.
Step 5: Enjoy the original gray frame on the larger player.
*In full screen mode, you can still scroll down to view the comments, and you can see the url bar and other browser add-ons. In true full screen mode, you can't scroll, and you can't see other tabs, the url bar or other browser add-ons.

Haha, cool glitch! Not all that useful, but it's sort of interesting. I suppose it would be cool if you could change the color of the flash player...
