You mean a signature, like I have?
On the homepage of the forums, up at the top where it says "Scratch Forums" in big bold letters, click the link that says "profile". Then from that menu click "personality". You can edit your signature there. To get an image you upload it to something like tinypic.com (its free and easy) and put it in your signature using the img tag.
