Wow. Ok, very valid point. I suppose it would definitely be better to make the people in Blender, as long as it's not too hard.

Ok, how about this...
We make the set in sketchup, the people in Blender, then we import it all into blender, animate it, put in the voices, and then drop the whole mess into iMovie. Who here knows how to animate using Blender?

BTW, @calebxy, love the script! Looks good!

They aren't very compatible with each other. The only way that they can get files from one to the other is in .dae files (COLLADA.)

@SciTecCf: They work though, that's what matters. and do you know any Blender animation?

oh, Anything you think you might be able to do to help out?

I'll do some of the modelling as well. That's actually what I meant by Set Designer anyway.

Cool, sounds good. When your done just upload em to Warehouse and tell me.

Anyone here know someone who's good with Blender animation?

calebxy, can you do characters, or should i?
Offline
In Blender or Google SketchUp? Either way, I might try, but it would be easier if you did it as well.

Either one is fine. If you want to make the main character, I'll make the guards, audience, other opponents, etc.

Ok, I'll try. I'm currently making the prison cells, and it's going well.

I'll post a picture of it so far. I've just got to copy and paste the line of cells to make different corridors, and then I'll have that floor done.

Here's the finished first set of corridors:

Awesome! BTW, I'm currently learning blender animation so I can do that part once verything else is done

Excellent. And I'm glad you like it.

Once your done with the set just upload it to warehouse and I'll get started right away!

How about you model the training room? It's a large room, and there's more description in the script, which you can read here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MuI … _qIYQ/edit

@ calebxy, I found a new program that makes it pretty easy to model people, so I will be able to take care of that. It's a free program call DAZ studio (www.daz3d.com), in case you want to know.
@dinoclor, think you'll be able to do that?

Ok, good.
There's a slight problem with those corridors I did. I need to sort that out first, and then I'll upload it to the warehouse. I'll also begin working on the battle arena soon.

Here's the link to the model: http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/ … c3854c2a7b
For the animation, you'll have to add the ceiling (and maybe the missing wall depending on where the shot is). I left those out to make navigating the model easier.
