I Have A Huge Problem!!!!

I Have A Huge Problem. I Have A game that is 33,028KB , and someone told me that you cant upload games that are 10,000kb  or more. is this true?

largest upload to scratch is 10 MB. Try compressing all your music and pictures. If I had a game that couldn't fit in the 10 MB upload I would divide it into two parts that after downloading could easily be put back together into one larger program played off line.
