Not the best Disney-Pixar, best Disney-Pixar would be Cars 2. EXPLOSIONS! FRANCESCO! MATER!!
I didn't really like La Luna, but it was OK. the movie was really good.

Never saw Cars 2.

Brave has to be my favorite Disney Princess movie ever.
And that's saying something. :3
Also, I hate Cars 2. It's really overrated. The leftover humans would not choose anything else to watch. I even gave them the choices of WALL-E and Ratatouille. And they still chose Cars 2.
I hope they'll decide to like BRAVE.

Workers, meet Soup.

I'm going to go see Brave on the weekend, it looks pretty good. I played the Brave Temple Run app on my cousin's IPad, and it was fun.

Oh, THAT?
Just a note for everybody- it's terribly glitchy. After you reach 3000m it lags. Better off with the non-Brave version, which is free. [/offtopic]
@disscussion over Cars 2: I still think Cars 2 is the best. Why? Well recently, Pixar movies had a lot of emotional parts in them (Toy Story 3, WALL-E, etc.), but Cars 2 didn't have much of that. I'm not saying that those movies were bad, but Cars 2 strayed off that path. Instead, it came out with a simple spy movie, with the emotion set to low.

We're talking about a Pixar movie in a topic about another different Pixar Movie.

I know! It's FINALLY an edge-of- your-seat type animated movie!

Well, emotion is what makes a movie good.
Even in spy movies, you should be cheering for the spies (at least in your head!). Cars 2 didn't make me do that. It had a few laughs but was extremely mediocre overall.
If you don't want emotions in your movies then . . . you don't want to watch movies.
Pixar is known for it's storytelling and emotion, even when they are all animated and made for children.

Exactly the reason I hated it. I did not find it funny or uplifting, as the commercials seemed to say.
OK...back...to Brave....again....

OK, let me rephase that. When I see a movie, I don't want to bawl over my seat. Toy Story 3 was a bit too much.
But when Pixar focuses on the "fun" part of the movie and not the emotion part, it turns out good. The orignal Toy Story only had a sad part when Buzz learned he's "not a flying toy." In Brave, the mom and Meridia (spelling fail) changed throughout the movie, in terms of behavior, which was still kind of sad. In Cars 2, it was when the spys said that Mater had a great "cover" with his idioticness, but he actually is stupid.
So, when you think about it, Cars 2 HAS that emotion. That doesn't mean everyone likes it, but I think it's pretty good for what it is.
And yeah, back ontopic with Brave. Do we have a general Pixar movie topic?
