Scratch Block doesn't work

When im using scratch it, And I try to use the point in direction block,It makes the sprite point in the other direction,But its upside down! I think it's been glitchly from 1.1 .

What are you looking at?

Look up how to use the "Rotation Style" section of the current sprite information (top of the middle pane) in the reference guide:

I think that a HTML-based reference guide (which can include animated gifs) would be useful for explaining things like this.
