If your project is huge, or the internet is slow it takes a long time to upload. One of mine was 15 minutes.

You mean if it is over 10 Megabytes? Then you wil have to compress things (Edit > compress sounds or compress images).

Then you will have to delete sound files, because you can't bend the 10mb limit, sorry.
