It is still there, you have to be logged in to see it.

I've taken a long hiatus, but I still visit sometimes. Give me some time to answer any messages you post on my projects!

If you aren't logged into your account you can't see them, they say.

You can still see them when you're logged out by clicking on the "projects" tab at the top.

The problem is that the newest projects section is the easiest way to get views when you first upload a project, and most people rarely check the front page while they're logged in. I don't know if it makes a huge difference, but still.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

There was concern that people just visiting the site might see inappropriate projects.  So now casual visitors only see projects that have been reviewed by somebody and are less likely to be unpleasantly surprised.

So it's a way to friendly invite new visitors? Nice thinking!

Well, don't worry about it, the Zara siggy will be back soon, new and improved! ^^ Meanwhile, just do what the sig tells you to. >.>
