I agree with what you are saying, but we aren't just talking about scratch, we're talking about all internet sites. Oh, and didn't you read the top of my thing it specifically says
I DON'T THINK ANYTHING WILL HAPPEN. And finally *sighs* aren't the nicest thing to do are they?

SPEECH OF THE CENTUARY

Bullies, no one likes them, they're mean and ugly and well stupid, it's obvious that they are bullying because you're better than them, it's awful, you feel cut off from everyone not knowing who to talk to, but that's all at home with people you at least know by face value. Cyber bullies, a completely new breed and by far more dangerous, the name calling, the teasing, the cursing, the personal discirmination. It makes me sick, even on Scratch ,the best site in the universe it happens, it's happened to me and lots of others (who I won't mention). Well that's it I've had enough we have to stand up for what is right and

STOP THE BULLIES

Just sign my petition I want 500 signatures to talk to someone about it, no one can back off from that, there's over 80,000 members so it should be easy, 1,000 signatures can show how much you care and it could raise awareness about cyber bullying, it could help people who feel down with someone to talk to

Not to sound mean or anything, but seriously, what's this going to do against cyber bullying? I'm sure the Scratch team is already doing what they can to prevent it so, I'm not sure what this topic is going to do. Cyber-bullies are persistent, and they won't stop just because the community bands together against them. I just don't see the point.

AndresMH is actually right. Bullies want attention, and the only real way to get rid of them is to ignore them (using the given scratch utility or not), or respond positively. Reporting also helps.
