Hi, the respected Scratch team members (I hope some one of you would ever see this),
At the 中文(Chinese) forum I noticed someone said that, he translated the Getting Started Guide & the Reference Guide documents to Chinese and E-mailed them to you, and obviously his works were not adopted, with no reply to give a reason.
It will be appreciated if any one would please spend 1 minute or two to explain how can we contribute to the documentation translation and what's the adoption standard of them?

There are simplified Chinese versions of the documents you speak of at this location.
For more information on translating resource material, please take a look at this topic.
If you have more questions, you can contact the Scratch Team directly at help@scratch.mit.edu
Thanks!
