Look at this:
The request forum is for requesting media like a signature or art; creating a request shop for those items

I presume it belongs nowhere on the forums...
So the mods are probably going to close it...

It does. The Community Guidelines.

If you read correctly, you will see that it discourages inappropriate, disrespectful, and flamebait topics. Religious topics are considered flamebait.

Actually, in the community guidelines page it says to post suggestions in the forums. So here I am, doing what it says.

I was talking about projects (should have been more specific, huh.) I saw a project that stated something that was said to be wrong by moder scientists, biggest flame I've ever seen. So my advice is to just not post stuff like that at all. It wouldn't nescesarily be their fualt if flaming happens, but it would be alot better just not to post the topics at all.

I'd think projects would be similar to the way forum topics are handled. It's OK as long as things are handled respectfully, but if you see a flame war like that going on, flag the project so it can be taken care of by the Scratch Team. 

I agree with you completely. They're really annoying.

"no religious topics" is already a rule, so I don't see a need for you to be suggesting it...

No, it really isn't. Plus, I can suggest something if it it is already there. The whole point of the forums is to get the word out to the scratch community. I mean, who goes, "Oh, I'm going to look in the community guidelines to see if there is a rule about religius topics"?

Religion is a very controversial topic. The scratch team already said they weren't allowed.
You said you want it to be put into the CG, now you said that no one will look. Then why are you suggesting it?

The reason I made this forum in the first place was to rase awareness of the problem. If it is in the guidelines, I did not see it.

Topics on religion and politics are controversial.
