Religius topics should not belong on scratch. I am not saying it is bad to belive in a certain religian, but on scratch people can be offended by certain religius topics. This can lead to trolling! Please give the moderaters a break, and do not post religius topics on scratch.

It's still not...
Look at this:
The request forum is for requesting media like a signature or art; creating a request shop for those items
Then where exactly do you presume this belongs???????

Mods, if there is no where to put this topic, please tell me why the forums doesn't have a place for advice like this!!!!!!!!
It does. The Community Guidelines.
If you read correctly, you will see that it discourages inappropriate, disrespectful, and flamebait topics. Religious topics are considered flamebait.

Actually, in the community guidelines page it says to post suggestions in the forums. So here I am, doing what it says.

This would fit pretty well in the Suggestions forum.
Our current thinking is that religious topics that follow the forum guidelines (such as a book in the Things I'm Reading and Playing forum) are okay as long as there is no disrespect to the belief's of others or claims that one person's beliefs are superior to others. However, if we see flaming start, or other people's beliefs being disrespected, we will take action.

I was talking about projects (should have been more specific, huh.) I saw a project that stated something that was said to be wrong by moder scientists, biggest flame I've ever seen. So my advice is to just not post stuff like that at all. It wouldn't nescesarily be their fualt if flaming happens, but it would be alot better just not to post the topics at all.

You can have religious topics as long as you're not purposely offending anyone, telling their religion is stupid, etc.
But then the risk factor is high, so it's advised not to post religious topics at all.

I'd think projects would be similar to the way forum topics are handled. It's OK as long as things are handled respectfully, but if you see a flame war like that going on, flag the project so it can be taken care of by the Scratch Team.

But you can't really suggest something that's already there, can you?

"no religious topics" is already a rule, so I don't see a need for you to be suggesting it...

No, it really isn't. Plus, I can suggest something if it it is already there. The whole point of the forums is to get the word out to the scratch community. I mean, who goes, "Oh, I'm going to look in the community guidelines to see if there is a rule about religius topics"?

Religion is a very controversial topic. The scratch team already said they weren't allowed.
You said you want it to be put into the CG, now you said that no one will look. Then why are you suggesting it?

The reason I made this forum in the first place was to rase awareness of the problem. If it is in the guidelines, I did not see it.
