I made an account and can't post projects because I "don't exist"!

I am working on a mod called Once Upon Some Code. I am the project director. Anyway, I made an account for it with the username OnceUponSomeCode. I want to post a project, but I keep getting an error that says this: "Failed: Invalid User".
