For your request, because I can only mix 2 smileys. For ftf's because to take one's eyes and another's mouth wouldn't really make a difference, seeing as their mouth IS their only difference.

Well (not trying to contradict you), the eyes are a bit different; the first has a 2 px eye and the second has a 4 px.
