I need an idea with scripting 7/10 graphics 3/10 and sound 0/10!!! It can be literally anything.

That has 70% of the effort on scripting and 30% or graphics, right?

I don't really do platformers... any other ideas? If you do give me one, can it be in detail? Thanks.

Make a game where you have to destroy the Jazz Planet. It's a gas giant planet which consists of layers and layers of smooth jazz. The only way to destroy it is to fire your dubstep cannon at it, and with every wub you fire it weakens the planet's defenses.

I have gathered some suggestions to help you for an idea. I cannot guarnantee that these suggestions will be suitable for you, but I hope my attempts will be useful and may lead on to other ideas.
Suggestions
Opposite Values
For this suggestion, you focus much more on the scripting and the graphics are quite basic and not so difficult to create. Firstly, you script a sprite to go opposite to where the mouse-pointer is located. You can do this by reversing the value using the x and y blocks. To understand much more clearly what I mean, you may want to look at this project.

How about you make a game using Scratch, that involves a character controlled by the user.
-_-
