It is possible actually, through javascript.
It is much like a userscript, you can even use one if you must, but put the script tag right before </body>. What's not possible is making BBCodes like [bbcode=x]y[/bbcode]

I recommend switching over to a free hosting provider, and installing forum software via FTP, whether it's punbb, fluxbb, or phpbb. It's ad free, you can add custom bbcode with the right modifications, and is really easy!

Actually; it is not impossible; nearly impossible because the people who made Scratch invented BBCode, and an engine converting BBCode to HTML. So just make a post with the BBCode you want to add then look at the page's source HTML code and then copy it.
Switch the forums you want to put BBCode in to HTML mode; (if possible) and paste the HTML back in!
