Fine!!!

Go to the folder where BYOB is installed.
Launch the file called "BYOB Development.bat".
Shift-click on Edit.
Click on Turn Fill-Screen Off".
Alt-click on the block 5 times, and one more time for every layer up.
Click on the red round button. If you hover over it, it says "Menu for Me".
Click on "change color...".
Select the color in the color box.
Close the color box.

Done!
