Okay, well I'm not going to tell you how to run your forums, because obviously their yours, but it's generally best to not give out moderation privileges until you actually need moderators, which, when a forum's just starting off, you probably don't.
Like I said, I'm not trying to tell you how to run them, I'm just letting you know that if you make too many people Mods/Admins in one go it gets kinda difficult.
Anyway I'll join when they're done.

These forums use FluxBB, and you can get hosting for that here, but what do you mean by "words built in"?

Oh, right. Yeah, FluxBB allows you to censor words, but you need to add them yourself, the censor list is empty by default.

There's no way to hide it from Admins. You could just not visit the page though.
