Hey! I'm basically just messing about with an RPG template i'm making while the other Scorpion Studios members add levels to our platformer base.
I've completed the intro animation, but I am in need of some music... any websites where I can download music for free? (Instrumental, that is.) (Not mp3raid.com, mp3skull.com, beemp3.com, etc.)

That's what I use too. It's not just free to download, but it's royalty free too, so you don't have to do anything except give credit and you can use it in whatever way you want.
