I decided to make a collaboration with a few people. One of my first priorities is a simple, Super Mario World style game, with lots of extra blocks and power-ups added in. Does anyone want to make graphics, or code? I will take any help I can get.

that is fine, just send over the list and i'll start work on it. i will upload a new version every time i make a significant change, and you can tell me whats good/whats not so good. Be wary that i only have limited time and i cant be working on this 24/7. However, i shoukd be working on this quite alot, as it sounds great. shall i start work on the basic player movement and whatever? cant wait to help!

Okay, you can start. Make a basic style thing with any sprites as long as I can tell what they are! You should include question mark blocks that when the player jumps at the bottom, a mushroom comes out. When they jump on it, nothing happens. That should be fairly easy to do, right?

That should be easy enough, i'd probably make it so that when he color of the player's head is touching the block something happens. and not when his feet touch it, is that good?

btw, there is a glitch where you get stuck in the rock, fixing it smile
