NeilWest? Unless you think you have a connection with him he may be hard to get. I recommend seeing the collaboration instructions. Be open to everyone not just the famous ones. If you want to do a collaboration with NeilWest why don't you personally ask him?

I just wanted him because I've worked with him in other collabs and he's very good at 8bit music. But other users are perfectly fine!
