No. If you broaden your spectrum more people want to win in that category. Think about it. How many people are just CEOs? like 10o(random number). How many people care about this care about this awards(Not to be mean): 6. 6 people will vote. How about Programmers? 10 programmers, people who care=6. If you add them up you get 12people
