Ok, I just downloaded Scratch software to my laptop so that I can use it on plane rides. Problem: My screen is too small. When I open Scratch, it won't fit the entire window onto the screen. How do I fix this? Please, somebody help me.

Wait for 1.4 - there's some new screen resizing that should work on smaller screens. Scratch assumes you have a 1024*768 screen, which obviously you don't.
You could also try changing your screen's resolution within the system. Some things may look a bit strange, but hey.
