On the bright side, people will be more social since they cannot surf the web, assuming the article is true to begin with.
1. The article is false. There is no global bandwidth limit.
2. If it was true, I would hope so.

Yeah, it's all about money, isn't it?
Someone once thought I knew everything and asked me if I knew the root cause of all the problems in the world. I thought for a second and said: "money".I had a conversation with a little kid ('bout 8 years old) and I said that money was causing so many problems. Then he said "Why can't we just make more money so everyone has more?" which unfortunately wouldn't work. Then he suggested we completely slashed the value of money, and just used a cooperation system. But when I got to thinking, money is motivation to people, which is necissary to keep any sort of civilization alive. It's difficult to solve.
Would these world problems decrease if we do what Star Trek does? Get rid of the currency system and make it to wear you get things through hard work or something like that.
No way to make sure everyone gets everything then.
We'd all have to be doing work for some specific corporation to get our things.
Besides, we already do hard work to get our things, the money we earn becomes the things.

The problem:
The guy working at the factory works really hard all day and barely makes enough to survive.
The owner of the factory hardly works at all, and makes millions.
This is why I'm a socialist.

How do you know that guy is hardly working at all.
I mean, yeah there are a lot of idiot companies (funnyjunk being a current example, they're stupid enough to sue the American Cancer Society), but what about ones with people actually doing work to make their business run?

Maybe, but if the factory worker makes $2200 a month (a bit high, but let's use it) and the owner makes $1000000 a month (a bit low, but let's use it), does the owner really work that much harder (about 450 times)?

Sorry.
Long story short: the world is not running out of bandwidth.
Is it even possible. Can it run out like coal or oil can?

Okay, but this article seems to refer to standard broadband, ie. wired connections. The thread you linked to (check the video linked by the OP) refers specifically to mobile bandwidth. Yeah, the internet as a whole is not just going to somehow "run out" of bandwidth (you can always beef up infrastructure), but there is a legitimate concern for the mobile space - there are only so many frequencies across which we can transmit data using current technologies without having to worry about destructive interference. Granted, there are solutions (or at least quick fixes to give us more time to find a permanent solution) but there's still some cause for concern there.

Or your article is made up. You can never trust anything on the internet but I'm more inclined to believe your article

And what this about bandwidth? I think you mean IP addresses because ISPs can just make more bandwidth.I hope you know the article is a hoax.
Yea I realise because it doesn't make sense

I also had actual facts to verify that one, so that helps.
Edit: On the Mod Share forums, I would have closed a topic like this long ago, as we say not to spread fake/hoax information.
