Sounds could be "Music" but I disagree with the rest. In all programming languages variables are called variables. The last time variables weren't called variables was in scratch 0.2 ( they were called A- B- C or 1- 2- 3 I don't know which.)

No, he means that if you create a variable called "score", you can rename "score" to something else without having to change out all the blocks for it.
