Unfortunately, even if you imported all the classes into the new Squeak, I doubt it would work without some difficult changes, mostly because some core methods in 2.0 have changed name or function in 4.2.

Then yes, of course! There's absolutely no reason why it shouldn't be possible, but it would be extremely difficult.
