It's a sensor thing. It can sence your ip and what internet connection you are using.

Yea. I'm FINE with screamers that aren't all gross and scary, but I've seen...others. If it's a tic tac toe game on the internet, I like to take caution.

Actually, I have my volume on mute when I'm doing anything on the computer, unless it very clearly has music in it (Death waltz played on synthesia or a Naruto episode, for example).

I think this websight should have a ratin system so that like on youtube when their are dislikes you know they are screamers or something not worth watching at all. b4 anyone opposes that idea i used the search engine and will post my suggestion in the sugestion forum with some invisions.

Some thread somewhere said that five-star ratings (or anything similar) would not be allowed because new scratchers may become discouraged if someone rates their project a 0, and might quit scratch.


I actually was wondering... Would a screamer, except with a scratch cat, gobo, or similar scratch sprite as the "scary image" be alright on the website/to upload? Instead of being scary, it would just be a suprise.

Kids who get like 20 thumbs down for every one thumb up will probably fall into depression or something (scratch team reasoning) And the number of people who quit each week is already pretty high (though most of them don't mean it)

I don't mind screamers too much, though I definitely wouldn't say that I like them.

uh

well I know nobody will read that essay though I still think it addresses some of the issues with the starred ratings decently. I still think it's better that kids learn to face criticism early.
