You could go a bit further and call them sub-moderator. No extra anything, but only sub-moderators ever become full ones? Also, you could just take the community part of community moderator and do something with that, like community support, ect.

Any of these seem fit. I am with the idea as i know even though people will listen to these scratchers, they will most likely also listen to Any advice they get, as to eliminate the point mentioned. I apolagise if any of my names were in the above postes, but there were SOOO many!
