Necromaster deleted the project with the drums in it

Ok. I maybe on Tuesday. I'm pretty busy this weekend and today I'm really tired from not sleeping.
Maybe I'll have the drum tracks by then. Didn't you say you'd try mixing it with my original track first? I'd like to hear it.

Yeah, I may have a go. Thing is, I don't want to waste time on that; the track you linked me to didn't satisfy me due to problems I mentioned previously. Hope to hear the redone tracks by Tuesday.
Playing to Necromaster's drum track will never work out because as I mentioned earlier, the song starts with solo guitar, so it is impossible for you to play the start according to tempo.

Actually, I usually record in separate parts so that won't be a problem. So the problem with the original was the effects, the dynamics (please suggest a different pattern for the dynamics) and lack of sustain?

The issue I have in mind is that the intro will not be in the correct tempo as the rest of the song. While the guitar plays the intro again on the second time, the moog sythesiser enters (which I will be playing on organ). It is very important that you understand the necessity to listen to the actual recording and play. And the guitar is not too hard. Can't you play the whole thing in one go? That will mean less merging of tracks for me as it does appear broken up in your original recording now I come to think of it.
Staccato is when you let go of a note as soon as it is played without sustaining it. I've covered this already, so you need to sustain the notes being played. There really isn't another 'pattern for the dynamics'. That and the other issues I mentioned should be addressed.

You know what's interesting? How much our locations vary. Necro and I are from the US, DIY is from the UK, and jji is from Australia.
Also, ironically, I happened to be listening to the album Venus and Mars for the first time the nught before Paul's birthday (and it probably already was his birthday in the UK).
...
I guess that's all I needed to say.
Oh, wait, I almost forgot - angelica101 hasn't posted her take on the band's logo yet, so that's why the logo choosing hasn't commenced. By the way, I think instead of me choosing, the whole team should take a vote on the best logo. I'll post all the logos I've received once Angelica finishes hers.

That's quite a coincidence. I've listened to the album, though I don't think it is too good. Certainly not like Band On The Run.
Also, our locations are very interesting. It's a multi-national band.
By the way, I've already submitted my logo (an edit of trinary's; the exact idea I had in mind).

Well, if you really insist
And I'll send it as one track, not many.
Yea, I know. I'm going for level 2 in violin. Plus I've learnt piano when I was 5 or something. Sustain, yep, I'll work on it. So, I'll just play normal dynamics then?

Sure, so long as it is reminiscent of The Beatles' version.
And where did I ask you of your violin/piano skills?
I've been playing piano since five too!

Do you want to be in The Scratchers' Awards 2012? Your band can get the Best Band award!
Well, I'm not sure if we're exactly eligible because we haven't completed a single yet, but maybe we'll have released one by the time voting starts. I say we'll only do it if a song of ours is out by the time voting commences. No confirmations yet, though - let's just see what the other guys say. Thanks a lot for the offer!

Great! Looking forward to it.
EDIT - I've set up the topic in the "Requests" forum for finding bass guitarists. Maybe by next week, we'll have a bass guitarist on our roster!

Good. I've found some bass guitar tabs for the Abbey Road Medley which he/she can use.
If everyone cooporates, we can release our first EP and enter Scratch Awards since there are plenty out their. Glad to hear you can record by tomorrow, jji.

I'd also like to say coolhogs, please count my band Frozen Coco in. I'm sure you've heard of us, the first and only working Scratch band to date. We perform originals and though we've gained a fair amount of recognition for our work through other awards, our best songs are still in development.
We have five songs to show (you can click on my sig and give the last project a listen), so I guess that's all you need.
jji, did you record the guitar track today?

Lower volume but not distorted.

Higher volume but slightly distorted.
I added much more sustain, and followed the songs dynamics. Who will sing?

Thanks, this take is certainly much better than the previous one.
All4one, any way of contacting Necromaster about the drums for Here Comes the Sun (which he deleted after uploading) and ultimately the Abbey Road Medley? I've tried several times to no avail.

Thanks. I had the gain on the mixer a little too high on the first one...
