Self-explanatory, you can talk about first and final boss fights too.
I really enjoyed that final boss fight on Super Mario RPG. Dat music...
I didn't really enjoy the final boss on Jak 3. The first part of it wasn't hard, just annoying. And the second part was pathetically easy. (still an excellent game though)

The Legend of Starfy...
The last boss fight is... hard. To say the least.
It's easy in the beginning, average in the second part... and... oh man.
MASH THE A BUTTON. Yeah, that's the last part in a nutshell. You have to send an entire planet flying at the boss, but it's flying at you. You have to mash the a button to reverse the force. Which is hard. After that experience, I understand why Starfy games are only released in Japan.
Now, is it good or bad??? IDK, really... Let me know your take on it if you've played it. That goes to anyone reading this.

The worst final boss ever is Sonic Colors and SM3DL. They were WAY too easy.
Same with the SMG2 final boss, but it's extremely epic. That why it's one of the best fnal bosses ever.

Best boss ever? The last fight of Kid Icarus:Uprising. Warning, there are spoilers, so I recomend skipping this part if you haven't beat it yet. Otherwise, highlight below. (And if you're quoting, change the color of the text to white.)
So Pit was equipped with the Great Sacred Treasure, since Hades (he's the real villan, Medusa is a fake) destroyed the Three Sacred Treasure. So, Hades pops out of the ground and you fight off with him. It's just standard boss-battle from there. But, when you almost finish him. he jumps up and destroys the Great Sacred Treasure. You start falling from the sky, but you land on a little platform below. Then, Medusa comes in to help weaken Hades, saying "I won't be the puppet anymore!" You then fly up to confront Hades again, while Pauletna charges the gun of the Great Sacred Treasure, which is left almost unharmed. You fly around for a few seconds, doging his eye lasers, and when the gun is charged up, you fire a finishing blow, wiping out Hades and saving the day!
Now, the worst boss... @Cozyhut3 Yes, the only boss I still haven't beaten. I broke my DS trying to press the button and had to go through a painful year of using my sisters DSi for everything. Now, I have a 3DS, and while that was a fun boss, I hate it because of the whole breaking-my-DS-thing.

Every boss in a Super Mario Bros game is pretty pathetic, but the castles/airships aren't bad.

The original Super Mario Galaxy's was too easy, but the epic background music and the thought that you were saving the universe made up for it.
Luigi's Mansion's was pretty good, even though it wasn't too hard to figure out what to do, that Bowser head shooting ice at you was so annoying.

Final Boss in Sonic Generations.
It was much too easy, and the infinite cries of "IT'S A HOMING SHOT" didn't make it any more enjoyable.

Wow... I still haven't beaten it either, but of course it's not like a daily routine for me. Actually, it's my brother's game.. he needed help on that, and so I tried. And tried again. And yet again... And failed every time. Again, maybe the Japanese are supposed to be better at this than us.

The best fight in Video Games we can see in Tekken 3 and The worst fight Game ever I have played is Contra.

The best boss fight (as in the funnest) I ever had was slashing away at a rathian in monster hunter tri with a weapon 5 levels ahead of it.
The worst boss fight (as in it sucks) I ever had was with a barioth in monster hunter tri. It's so hard, and it doesn't have that good of equipment sets from it.

More like obvious winner of worst.
The whole endgame is an excuse for an endgame, just to stop the complaint of having no sense of completion. It almost feels like they put it in but want to change it to be better when they get the time. (This isn't true but it feels that way, or maybe I wish it was that way.)
The general way of beating him is to go in with some maybe iron armor, then run around while he poses little threat to get whatever those orb things are down. Not hard, not challenging, really just a way of prolonging the battle.
And then there are all the enderman during the whole thing. As long as you look towards the sky (you know, where the actual boss is) they aren't a problem. Even then, anyone adept at the game could look around the ground perfectly fine. So they're a classic boss fight minion, except they don't hurt you like one. So, you could make an enderman farm with them I guess. Which really just results in a supposedly challenging environment becoming ideal for cheating your way up levels.
And after the pillars are destroyed, the accepted way to defeat him is to stand on a pillar of some type of block and wait . . . and wait. Then when he comes, snowballs can defeat him just as fast as anything else.

Best:
Darkrai (PMD2/3)
Worst:
Zongazonga (Part 2/3) (Fossil fighters champions)
Darkrai's music is epic, the battle is difficult, even being at a high level, it requires very clever planning, and, all in all, is awesome.
Zongazonga is a 3 part chain, with the last 2 parts one after another, no time to prepare. The second part is just crummy. The zombiesaurs do have extreme support effects, but that can be worked around by putting a high rank long range vivosaur (rank 14+) in the SZ and attacking their SZ with that, then using your AZ vivosaur while there are no zombiesaurs in the SZ. Plus, the zombiesaurs are legendary type, so no worrying about type compatibility. In total: Beat it with no vivosaurs defeated on my first try. Only problem: Part three is tough. VERY tough. Took me what, 20 tries to beat it.

Too name a few:
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates: I thought the first boss (a giant tomb scorpion to be too easy because all you have to do is hit him from behind where he can't attack you.
In Castlevania fo the GBA: I could never get pass level one because of that bat at the end.
