I want Siri a lot for iPad, but I guess if you don't have 3G connection everywhere then Siri isn't really functional.Siri IS on the iPad. Or at least will be, as a part of iOS 6. You can cheer now.

No I cant, only the iPad 3 maybe if I can sell enough copies of my game I'm making, I can buy a Mac and tell my computer teacher (the guy who is in charge of our school iPad program) if I can get an upgrade for "retina development" purposes and its educational too for my Computer Programming I (woot) class!
Also, what videogame9 said.

I'm a bit disappointed that Siri won't be compatible with me (iPad 2, ugh) but not with The New iPad. But, they need some sort of selling feature besides the Retina display.

Perhaps if he had used a tongue smiley...
Anyway, so.. to get to Siri, you have to hold down the little button on the bottom of the iPhone for a few seconds? Is that correct?

The home button for about 1 second, yes.

Nope. Apple has already shown that they don't care two bits about legacy hardware by making only their newest devices have Siri and voice dictation. For all apple cares, anyone with an iPad 2, iPod Touch, or iPhone 4 (no 's') can either upgrade or go die in a hole.

So I'm going die in a hole? The iPad 3 is absolutely pointless, new graphics. That's it.

So you would buy an iPad 2 instead of a 3?
It's moving forward, so new iPad users will want the three, (it's the same price anyways) but Apple knows 2 users won't upgrade.

I took my friend's phone and asked siri their internet passwords. It said this:
"Who are you, you creepy person? You are not female, therefore not [NAME REMOVED]. Goodbye."
Then it shut off and locked me out. For 2 hours. (I tried that more than once. Same result, only more time.)

Following that logic they WOULD add Siri to the iPad 2.

She rocks. I like asking her funny questions.
Believe it or not, I'm 10 and I have my own iPhone 4S.

I don't think the 4S even existed for that long.

No, silly. I had the iPhone 3GS, that broke so I had a 3G for 'bout a year, then on May fourth I got the 4S. Now I have the fastest iPhone in the house, even though my dad is usually the one who's got the latest.
