I think the worst episode was "Bubble Trouble". The first part where Spongebob and Patrick were playing with hot sauce bubbles went on for OVER A MINUTE.

I don't remember that one, but I've probably seen it before. Sounds like torture to me.
A second Spongebob movie? Sounds like the end of the line for Spongebob.
