How do we make videos?
I really wanna make videos, but I can't for some reason.

You could import .gifs, or you could create a sprite and animate it.
Also, this should be moved to questions about Scratch.

Hi! First, if you're talking about Scratch, I don't think you can make videos. You can take an animated gif, put it into Scratch, and use a "Forever next costume" to make an animation, though.
Second, don't double post. Saying exactly the same thing is generally considered like, well, I'm not sure. Maybe impatient?
Somtimes DPs are Ok, but only in times such as reviving an old thread with new information.
