It's ok to play around with the Scratch editor prototype from Scratch Day, but:
* Please don't distribute it generally (a few friends is ok).
* Keep in mind that projects made with it may not work with the final release version.
* A lot of stuff could still change. So don't count on things being the same in the final release.
* Don't come to us when it explodes

I have the Scratch 2.0 alpha editor working offline. I might host it IF the Scratch team says OK. http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/8843/scratch20.png
I can tell you now they'll say no. They took it off for a reason, they released it for 3 days only because they wanted ppl to see how it was going.
Lol. I know.
EDIT: Just curious... Did anyone else download the Scratch_new.swf?
I got the old one

According to paddle2see we're not allowed to distribute it, so you'll have to download your own copy

Unfortunately, we're not allowed to distribute it. Fortunately, It's still online! (Alt-Click or Option-Click to download.)

Cool. I'll go through them all and see what else there is.
EDIT: Nothing else.
I liked the obsolete [[say v] []] block. It had say, think, whisper, and shout in the dropdown. If you can get to the source, it should be there.

Whisper was in small font, shout was in large and bold.
