How did this happen?
How can this happen? I looked this user up and they have no projects, galleries, friends or favourites. This is where I saw it.

I've found another one here. (Except he actually has some projects). I thought that to be a scratcher you had to be active on the website and on the forums.

They joined in 2009, and the New Scratcher status wasn't put into effect until 2010. Everyone who joined before then was automatically a Scratcher.

Well, '11 was about six months ago, at the very least. The upgrade may have happened automatically.
