How do I make an animated icon in scratch then make it my icon???
I want to make an animated icon shop, but i can't figure out how??? I want to make an animated icon on scratch, but then it will just save a a "scratch project" and I can't do anything with it!!! Help PLEASE!!!

try exporting each costume and somehow putting them altogether in an animated gif

Try this:
You will need GIMP, which is free to download.
Right click on the first costume, and click "export costume". Save it somewhere. Now do this for all of the other costumes. Save them all in the same place. Open the first one in GIMP. Select all of the other ones and drag them into the Layers panel's white space where the layers are. Now, drag them to rearrange them in the correct order, from bottom to top. Now go to File --> save as, and add ".gif" to the end of your filename. You can handle the rest. If it asks about indexing the image, just let it do it automatically.
Enjoy your GIFs!

What I mean is can I make an animation IN SCRATCH and then have it as my icon? Good advice, so I'll try it!

LOLZ that's the problem, "somehow putting them altogether in an animated gif"! That's what I need to know how to do!

It's kinda hard to make one in scratch, i'm not sure whether you can....
If you do animations by doing slides then make the slides and use a gif making site, i used picason for mine and it worked really well

There are many online gif makers. That is how I made my icon. Just google "Gif maker free"
